You can narrow your search by entering words connected by "AND".  For example, to search for html pages that contain the words "Artesha Oates", try:
1) Enter:  Artesha
2) Enter:  Artesha AND Oates

If you are looking for all pages that contain a photograph of John Martin Oates, try:
1) Enter John AND Martin AND Oates
