Deed dated May 6, 1752. 300 acres on the northeast side of Goshen Swamp in Duplin Co., Also bounds on White Oak Branch.

2) Joseph Oates of Johnston Co. Sampson County, Deed dated 5-26-1752. Deed Book 2, Page 2, Page 139-140. sold for 22 pounds Sterling, to Richard Blizzard of Duplin Co. 100 acres on the north bank of Goshen Swamp and near White Oak Branch in Duplin. used a "mark". Registered 7-15-1752.
